Campus Riverside is thrilled to announce its launch. Campus Riverside is a new online community for college students to connect with the Greater Riverside region. 

The community’s mission is to give students a voice in their education and make it easier for them to get in touch with each other and complete their courses.

Campus Riverside – A new path for Students!

Campus Riverside encourages diverse college students and recent graduates to explore, live, and work in Greater Riverside, resulting in more inclusive economic growth. Mayor Patricia Lock Dawson’s objective for Campus Riverside was to improve the connection between college students and the Greater Riverside community. 

Campus Riverside, which is modelled after Campus Philly for the City of Philadelphia, is backed up by data that demonstrates the positive impact of a program focused on keeping college students and offering real-world experiences.

• A directory of colleges and universities from around the world.
• Groups for every college.
• Profiles for every student and staff member.
• The ability to connect with people at your school.
• Discussions about courses, studies or anything else that interests you on Campus.
• Private messaging

Within all-volunteer administration, the program includes college students, schools of higher education, the local Chambers businesses and community leaders. 

Based in the office of Riverside Mayor Patricia Lock Dawson, Campus Riverside is a digital-based program that is the hub for all things college students want to learn about and do in Riverside. 

Riverside is an exciting city with many opportunities for students to explore! The city has a thriving artistic culture that can be seen through its various art galleries, live music venues and theater performances. If you prefer to enjoy the outdoors, you can take in the city’s natural beauty by visiting Mount Rubidoux or taking a stroll through one of Riverside’s many parks. The city is also home to one of the largest university systems in California: the University of California.
