The Riverside Job Fair 2022 is sponsored by:

  • City of Riverside
  • Workforce Development Board

The Riverside County Workforce Development Board is one of 600 private-sector-led Workforce Development Boards (WDBs) in the Country. WDBs are transforming the nation’s workforce system to be responsive to the demands of a global economy”. The board also lists useful resources for people hit with job loss after the pandemic. You may access the page here.

The Riverside Chamber has played its role in arranging this event, which will help local youth to be hired immediately as opposed to finding all the potential employers. This process also prolongs the time-to-hire, which is a key metric for HR teams and their performance evaluation. Plus, the lengthier it becomes to hire new people, the more costs balloon of hiring new people.
