KIGT, headquartered in Ontario, California is trying to reshape 100 years of human habit by providing an alternate source of powering vehicles through smart EV charging stations.

KIGT is an Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) Manufacturer that also creates the operating software.

The startup provides faster charging at home with software that makes it easier to manage fueling and energy expenses. The MINI e-Charger is one of the smallest Level 2-220 Volt wall mount Smart Charge Stations best suited for homes or commercial parking structures.

KIGT’s product includes an interactive touch screen home charge station . The startup manages the charging operating system to enhance the plug-in driving experience. Including scheduled charging software that enables drivers to pre-set home charging sessions for off-peak times when electricity costs are less per kWh.

Minimizing the EV Charging Cost

KIGT eChargers are for all Electric Vehicle (EV) and Plug-In Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) drivers. If used in relevant and appropriate time slots, using KIGT charging equipment can eliminate the cost of gasoline. Of course, it would not always be possible to charge the vehicle at the most appropriate timings; however, it can surely decrease the costs.

Bidirectional Fast Chargers for EVs

KIGT designs and manufactures intelligent, compact and stylish 220V/30Amp bi-directional fast chargers for battery-electric vehicles. KIGT is now the primary Electric Vehicle (EV) Charge Station provider for the University of La  Verne. KIGT and the Univ. of La Verne have agreed to a 3 Year exclusivity/non-compete agreement. This is the first EV Charging project on campus for students and visitors.
